Choose a provider and purchase the Care Commitment Card directly from their profile page. Be sure to enter the email you’ll use for booking during checkout.

Use the card for any service

Use the card for all provider services (initial visits, follow-ups, prescription services, etc.). We’ll link it to your email and apply credit automatically, with any remaining balance charged to the card on file.

Get email updates on the remaining balance

After each use, you will receive an email with details of the credit used and the remaining balance on the card.
