I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. Randy Kauk is an awesome provider who takes the time to explain treatment decisions, is very down to earth and above all, speaks to me, not at me or down to me. Her down to earth demeanor is disarming; and this comes from someone who basically lost all faith in the Healthcare system especially regarding psychiatry. Furthermore she is in a class of her own when it comes to communication and assistance after the appointment. When the pharmacy didn't receive an order for one of my medications, I messaged her after business hours and she had responded by the time they opened the next morning. Dr. Hill is fantastic. Some people may be weary of telehealth services, but I am happy I took the chance and was able to find such a good provider in Dr. Hill. She is the oppposite of what you would get in most doctors offices…in a great way. She is a very caring and compassionate person, and takes her time to ask you question so that she can really understand what’s going on. On top of that she is very knowledgeable, and is patient focused and solution oriented.
