If your provider accepts insurance, claims will be submitted by the provider, and you are responsible for any applicable copay, coinsurance, deductible, or non-covered services. Klarity does not verify benefits, submit claims, or facilitate prior authorizations. If your insurance does not cover a service, you are responsible for full payment.
