Klarity Health is a healthcare marketplace and telehalth platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. Patients can find online and/or in-person medical providers who specialize in providing affordable, accessible online and in-person care for a variety of needs, including weight management, counseling and therapy for mental health, primary care, and more. On Klarity Health, you don’t need insurance or to buy a subscription but can get reimbursed from your insurance, HSA, or FSA when available. *Hybrid (in-person and telehealth) services may be available in some states.

How much is Klarity Health per month?

Klarity Health doesn’t require a monthly subscription. Instead, you pay a cost set by the provider for each visit. Providers set their rates and some offer free initial consultations and initial appointments for as low as $80. Note the cost of a visit doesn’t include medications. Know that providers on Klarity Health are independent practitioners with clinical autonomy, a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription isn’t guaranteed.

What states are providers on Klarity Health available in?

Providers on Klarity Health are available in all 50 states. Availability though depends on whether or not there are providers who practice in your state when you make your appointment. Does Klarity Health prescribe medication?

Klarity Health doesn’t prescribe or provide medications. Providers on Klarity Health can prescribe medications during online or in-person appointments if they recommend medication as part of your treatment plan. Providers on Klarity Health are independent practitioners with clinical autonomy; a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is not guaranteed. Some states require at least one in-person appointment before a provider can prescribe medications.

What conditions do providers on Klarity Health cover?

Providers on Klarity Health offer treatment for a variety of conditions, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), weight management, diabetes, primary care, and more. Can I use flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to pay providers on Klarity Health?

Yes. You can use your FSA and HSA balances or payment card to pay providers on Klarity Health. And the Klarity Patient Support team can help you with your claim.

Can I use insurance on Klarity Health?

You don’t need insurance to see a provider on Klarity Health. You self-pay for your visit with a credit or debit card at the time of service. Your provider or the Klarity Health Patient Support team can give you a copy of your bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. When you see a provider on Klarity Health, the provider is considered out of network and your reimbursement will be for an out-of-network provider or service.

Klarity Health does not dispense medications. Providers on Klarity Health work with you to arrange medication pickup at your preferred pharmacy or delivery to your address. I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. I have been desperate for better help for almost a year and I finally found Shelly. She really listens and gives a lot of verbal feedback. I instantly had the feeling of “I’m going to be okay” after my first appointment with Shelly. Although I am really struggling, I truly believe I will find the right answer with Shelly. Randy Kauk is an awesome provider who takes the time to explain treatment decisions, is very down to earth and above all, speaks to me, not at me or down to me. Her down to earth demeanor is disarming; and this comes from someone who basically lost all faith in the Healthcare system especially regarding psychiatry. Furthermore she is in a class of her own when it comes to communication and assistance after the appointment. When the pharmacy didn't receive an order for one of my medications, I messaged her after business hours and she had responded by the time they opened the next morning. This is unfortunately not common, especially in telemedicine. If you are considering trying video visits for your psychiatric treatment, and want to be treated respectfully by a provider you can count on, you absolutely want to book with Randy Kauk.

She is the oppposite of what you would get in most doctors offices…in a great way.
