Veronica is a great doctor. She can tell when someone is hurting and will listen to the patients needs as well as provide her professional advice and additional recommendations to provide the best medical plan possible. As a veteran with only the VA as medical coverage, the VA doesn’t always provide the best solution for mental health support. Veronica has been a life saver. The VA sometimes doesn’t care about the veterans needs due to the potential for addiction for some drugs, even if nothing else works and the veteran is in severe pain. The VA would rather people who served their country suffer than get the relief they need. It’s a sad circumstance but Veronica has made life a bit better. I feel a little more hopeful in life now.
