Hello! I'm Sergina Jean, a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of clinical experience. My specialty lies in weight loss, cardiology, primary and urgent care, where I've focused on promoting heart health and managing a variety of patient conditions. I take pride in providing personalized, empathetic care and developing treatment plans that fit each patient's unique needs.

I am particularly passionate about the potential of telehealth to enhance patient access to care. With my background in using technology to monitor and communicate with patients, I am excited to expand healthcare access to those in need, especially in underserved communities. My goal is to deliver high-quality care that reaches patients wherever they are, through both in-person and virtual consultations.
