This program is designed for people who want a structured approach to effective medically supervised weight loss with dedicated support from a licensed healthcare provider and includes:
- Personalized, medically supervised weight management: Participants work directly with the licensed healthcare provider of their choice on the Klarity Health platform and get individualized weight loss strategies based on their unique health needs, goals, and preferences.
- Compounded semaglutide — the ingredient in brand-name Wegovy — included in the program’s subscription cost and shipped free to the participant’s home each month.
- Unlimited messaging with the provider for side effects management and more: Participants access unlimited messaging with their providers for fast, continuous access to side effects management, medication and other questions, and dose adjustments between appointments.
- 24×7 support from the Klarity Health Patient Support team for help with any and all nonurgent, nonmedical needs.
- Transparent, consistent pricing: Program pricing is a simple monthly subscription and doesn’t change with dose adjustments like other programs.
2 convenient program plans
The Klarity Select Weight Loss Program offers 2 convenient plans. One for people new to medication for weight loss and one for people already using it.
- The Klarity Select Kickstart Plan is for people who haven’t used semaglutide or another GLP-1 medication before and includes a comprehensive starting plan with injection tutorials, monthly follow-ups, and unlimited support.
- The Klarity Select Momentum Plan is for people currently using semaglutide or another GLP-1 medication and who want help maintaining their progress with fewer follow-ups, ongoing guidance, and refill management.
Both plans are available for an initial visit fee of $99 and a $278-a-month subscription for the initial 3 months for a total commitment of $933. After 3 months, participants who want to continue with their provider and on semaglutide, if the provider recommends it, can choose a flexible monthly subscription of $278 that can be canceled at any time.

Eligibility for the Klarity Select Weight Loss Program
During the initial visit, the provider will work with the individual to determine if taking semaglutide for weight is medically necessary for them and if they meet the requirements for using it. Requirements to use semaglutide are medical obesity, which is a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more, or overweight, a BMI of 27 or more, with at least 1 weight-related health problem, such as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.
If a provider determines that semaglutide isn’t medically necessary for someone after the initial visit, the participant will receive a full refund of the program’s subscription cost. The $99 initial visit fee will still apply and won’t be refunded. You can also choose to still see your provider for medical strategies to lose weight.
Note: the program isn’t available to residents of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
