This was my first experience booking both a telehealth visit and with NP Colman and she did not disappoint! I booked an early visit so that I could be "seen" prior to starting work for the day! I joined the video session a few minutes early and Mrs. Colman was already on the line! I was shocked I didn't have to wait to be seen like in a traditional office setting. She introduced herself and got to the reason for my visit. When explaining my skin issue, she was patient, engaged, and asked questions along the way. She even showed me pictures and gave me a visual of what to look for should my spot grow! She was able to assess my issue and come up with a treatment plan that was beneficial as well as cost effective for me. After my visit I received a very nice voicemail thanking me for my service, personally, I think is a great added touch! I absolutely felt heard and my issues were addressed all while in the comfort of my home. I will definitely return!
