Sammy Nur is a board certified practitioner who has worked across the states in various communities. He has worked with all aspects of care, from mental health to chronic care.  He attributes a lot of his "patient centered care" to the diverse patient population set he has served. This diversity as he states "made way for understanding how similar we are as individuals and communities, as well as understanding the intricate differences we each have."  "Patient autonomy" and "patient empowerment" are the foundations to my approach. Patients should be heard, educated on all aspects of their concerns, and finally be able to make a well informed decision on their plan of care. Sammy is an ADHD - Certified Clinical Support Provider.
